Ritter`s Gourmet at the lake

A completely new concept with an honest, creative fresh market cuisine has been available to our guests in the panorama restaurant since the beginning of April this year. Michael Ritter accompanies our guests as multi-awarded Sommerlier, hood chef and author in the function of the host and is available with advice and day to the side.

As head chef, we were able to win the winner of the "young wild" competition - Roland Pieber, from Austria. Roland impresses with its creative, modern fresh market cuisine and has been able to cook several hoods in recent years.

Our concept is based on a changing menu - depending on the market offer - which can be ordered as a 6-course menu or as a 3-course menu. If you have allergies or do not want to eat certain foods, we ask for early information to offer you such a nice and uncomplicated evening.

We ask for your understanding that we have a very limited number of tables and we strongly advise you to book your table in advance.
