To make your stay with us at Lake Constance perfect, we have compiled the most important information for you here.

You can arrange your arrival flexibly; your room is guaranteed to be available from 15:00 and we will do our best to ensure that you can move into your room earlier if necessary. Should you arrive after 22:00, please inform us at info@seevital.de.
On the day of departure, the room is available until 11:00 a.m., for information on a later departure, please refer to “Late Check Out”, if you wish a contactless departure, please refer to the section “Check Out”.
There is a small regional train station in Langenargen. The nearest larger train stations are in Friedrichshafen and Lindau. From here you can travel to destinations within Germany as well as to neighboring countries.
If you have any reason for complaint, please contact reception immediately and directly. We will do our best to offer you a pleasant stay.
In order to be able to pass on the impression you have gained to other guests, we look forward to receiving your review. On the relevant booking channels or review sites such as Tripadvisor, Holidaycheck.de or google.com.
You can have your drinks and extras (such as restaurant visits, yacht excursions, e-bike rental, massages and treatments) conveniently added to your room bill during your stay. You then pay for all services at check-out using the desired payment method. We accept cash, Maestro/EC card, Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
Flowers are the most beautiful language in the world. Our reception staff will be happy to help you with

In order to avoid the waiting time at check-out or to be able to offer contactless payment, we ask you to pay the room bill the evening before. Alternatively, you can give us written permission to debit the invoice amount from the credit card on file. This gives you the option of handing in the room cards on departure or leaving them in your room.
220 volt alternating current (50 Hertz). If you require an international socket adapter, you can obtain one from reception, subject to availability.
At our reception desk you can obtain photocopies in color or black and white as well as printouts, which you can send to us in advance by e-mail (info@seevital.de).
We are happy to take care of the luggage service for you and bring your luggage to your room.
If you arrive before 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and your room is not yet ready for you to move into, we will of course store your luggage safely for you at our reception and bring it to your room once cleaning has been completed. If you would like to attend to your appointments or activities on the day of departure and store your luggage safely, please leave it at our reception for safekeeping.

We are also happy to welcome your well-behaved pet to our hotel! Please understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area (only on the restaurant terrace) and are subject to a charge.
If you have forgotten your smartphone or tablet charger, we have various models available for you at reception.
On request, a later check-out until 13:00 is possible for a surcharge of EUR 50.00. The binding confirmation is subject to availability and will be made by our reception on the evening before the
departure day.

, fire extinguishers are located on each floor. There is an escape staircase in the inner courtyard of the building. Please observe the relevant safety regulations and follow the instructions of our staff.
We have 7 parking spaces at the hotel for loading and unloading your car. We have our own parking lot in Langenargen. This is approx. 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. As part of our mobility package, we offer you a shuttle service to our parking lots for EUR 25.00 per day or the use of our e-scooters to be able to drive to the parking lots independently. The parking lot, the shuttle and the e-scooters are included in the price.
You are welcome to leave your personal mail at our reception for dispatch. If mail arrives for you during your stay, we will inform you immediately.
The entire hotel is non-smoking; smoking on the balconies of the rooms is also prohibited. Please use the smoking area in front of the main entrance of the hotel.
Our reception is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00. Outside these reception hours you can reach us in urgent emergencies on 07543 – 93380.
You are welcome to borrow an umbrella free of charge from our reception.
Should we have overlooked something despite regular room checks, please report this to reception. We will take care of it immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with a shoe shine kit on request.
During the summer months, you are welcome to borrow a beach bag including towels for your individual beach visit from our reception for a deposit of € 25.00.
We will be happy to order a cab or limousine service for you at the time of your choice; as there are no cabs on call in Langenargen, we recommend at least 1 hour in advance.
Please note that we offer you the opportunity to relax in our wellness area, so rest is our top priority. Please enter the signposted area without wearing textiles and use the bathrobes and slippers provided. We are also happy to provide you with towels in our wellness area.

Our hotel’s own motor yacht “Fjord 40 open” offers space for 11 people and can be hired during the summer months including our skipper for an individual excursion. We also offer themed trips on certain dates (e.g. sundowner trips), which we will inform you about in good time. For further information or inquiries, please contact our reception team.
Various newspapers are available at reception and magazines are available free of charge in our VITAL-SPA.

On request, we can provide bed linen (blankets and pillows) for allergy sufferers; if required, please contact our reception.
A baby crib is available in your room for a fee.
A bathrobe and slippers are available in your room in the wardrobe.
If you need a bathroom/shower stool or an anti-slip mat for the shower/bathtub, please let our reception know. We will be happy to equip your
room with these on request.
We will be happy to provide your room with additional comforters on request, please inform reception.
You don’t want to be disturbed in your room? Then simply hang the “Do not disturb” sign in your room on the outside of your room door.
We are happy to provide you with an ironing board and iron in your room on request, please contact our reception. Our ironing service is also at your disposal, see also the “Laundry service” section.
Do you need your clothes dry-cleaned? This service is available from Monday to Friday for EUR 15.00 plus external cleaning charges.
Please use the laundry bag that you receive at reception, fill in the “Laundry service” form and enclose it with the laundry bag and your clothes; we will take your laundry with us when we next clean your room
(alternatively, you can hand it over to our reception). As we have to leave the laundry outside the hotel, we will clarify the cleaning time for you individually and inform you accordingly.
If you need additional hygiene items (toothbrush, shaving set, shower cap, etc.), we will be happy to provide these for you at reception.
Do you need an extra pillow? Please contact reception. We have different shapes and filling materials available for you.
In addition to the free bottle of water in the room, there is also the option of having the minibar filled for an additional charge.
We can provide you with sewing kit on request. Please contact the reception.
We are happy to serve selected food and drinks as well as breakfast (see “Breakfast” section) in your hotel room for a surcharge of EUR 15.00 per order; you will find a corresponding room service card in your room. Please speak to our reception team if you are interested or place your order there.

If you leave the hotel in the evening and return after 23:00, you will need the key card to open the hotel entrance door and your room.
You can have your laundry washed and/or ironed in our house. Please ask at reception for a laundry bag and the corresponding “Laundry service” form. We will take your laundry with us the next time we clean your room (alternatively you can hand it over to our reception). If you hand in your laundry in the morning, you will receive it back the same day.
To protect the environment, we do not clean your room or change your linen during your stay.
We will of course change your towels and bed linen on request. Please hang your room card with the green side facing outwards on the
room door by 12.00 noon at the latest.
